Supported Living Scotland

Enhanced Community Home Options: ‘Your Home, Your Community, Your Choice’.

We are fully registered with the Care Inspectorate as a combined Housing Support and Care at Home service and are delivering supported living to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in the Forth Valley Region.

We work with local developers and housing providers to identify suitable properties for tenancies for the people we support.

ECHO Scotland works in partnership with health and social care professionals to provide high-quality, personalised care and housing support tailored to the individual needs of people we support.

Our service is specifically designed for individuals with enhanced or specialist/complex care needs, including those currently experiencing delayed discharge, living out of area, requiring a step-down from institutional settings, or needing to move on from the family home or a previous care provider.

It’s a privilege to be part of this journey alongside our partners, supporting people to move forward with confidence and purpose, and to live in their own homes with skilled support that enables them to live a fulfilling and meaningful life of their choice.

Your Community

We will support you to live in your local community, where you can access the amenities and activities you enjoy and be an active and valued citizen.

Your Team

Our staff will work with you, your family, friends, and social care professionals to help identify the right home and community to support your goals and wellbeing.

You and your family will play a key role in choosing your team, the people who will work alongside you to provide the support you want, in the way that suits you best.

It is important to us that you are at the centre of all decisions about your life and future.

Many people take for granted the ability to choose where they live and who they live with, but we don’t. We understand that having these choices helps you feel in control of your life.

We will support you to make decisions, take control, and grow in independence. We will be there as you work towards the things that matter most to you, always respecting your choices and your voice.

The support we provide is person centred and tailored to your unique needs. It is built on our belief that every person has the right to live the life they choose for themselves.

We offer support twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, along with any additional support you may need to help you live your best life and do the things that are important to you.
