We provide supported living services for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
We are currently working with a property developer and a social care landlord to provide suitable homes for the people we will support. Each person will be a tenant and will have a tenancy agreement with their social care landlord.
The support living service that we will provide will have the person at the very centre, the focus of our approach is on what is important to the person. Each person supported will have an individualised plan that will give them a firm foundation of support, enabling us to continually listen and learn about what is important to the person now and in the future, and to act in partnership with them, their family and/or representatives.
